The Certified Digital Forensics Examiner (C)DFE) training and certification organised for IT professionals from the public and private sectors has successfully closed. This is a Mile2 certification programme expertly delivered by seasoned cyber security and digital forensics consultants/facilitators from the e-Crime Bureau.
The programme took place from Monday, August 26 – 30, 2024. Participants immersed themselves in complex digital forensics scenarios, electronic discovery and advanced investigation techniques which are crucial for handling digital evidence during investigations. Through intensive hands-on lab sessions, participants not only gained practical skills but also earned professional status with a globally recognized certification.

This certification programme proved to be valuable for IT and cybersecurity professionals who attended by equipping them to detect breaches and manage digital evidence with precision, adhering to international digital forensics best practices. It also equipped participants with practical skills to address network investigations and incident response challenges. Participants acquired skills to analyse digital evidence swiftly and identify perpetrators as well as facilitate law enforcement actions through effective data gathering.
At the end of the 5-day session, participants provided great feedback on the levels of knowledge shared on how the training impacted them and will enhance their professional development.
